在法兰克福的第一天，我因时差反应四处游荡，偶然发现这家餐厅供应鱼和很多蔬菜，这正是我们所需要的。鱼和苹果酒搭配得很棒。我们品尝了两份他们的经典菜。鱼片(烤三文鱼片配荷兰酱、多叶菠菜和煮土豆)非常美味，馅料也很丰富。我的烤盘回转式鱼片(用青酱和煮土豆炸的海鲈鱼)非常好。绿酱是法兰克福地区的特色菜，是美食家们必尝的美食。

On my first day in Frankfurt I was wandering around with jet lag and stumbled upon this restaurant that served fish and lots of vegetables, which was just what we needed. The fish went really well with the cider. We tried two of their classics. The fish fillet (grilled salmon fillet with hollandaise sauce, leafy spinach and boiled potatoes) was very tasty and filling. My pan-fried fish fillet (fried sea bass with green sauce and boiled potatoes) was very good. The green sauce is a specialty of the Frankfurt region and a must-try for foodies.

餐厅装修得干净小清新，很适合拍照。服务员比较多，所以点菜和上餐的速度也不会慢。吃生蚝的时候还会专门拿吃生蚝的盘子给我们。店里有提供中文菜单，可以直接跟服务员要，因此不用担心语言的问题。桌面上还会提供干毛巾和面巾纸。生鱼沙拉有5种味道，有咖喱味的，茴香酱料的，其他的没有尝出来。来法兰克福的话可以尝试一下，这里的海鲜都挺鲜的。

推荐一个相对比较平价的餐厅，在它的附近，还有一个比较贵的菜贵的餐馆，位置较明显，用的桌布是白色的，这个平价的餐馆是要走进商店那条路才可以发现的，我们点了沙拉，白葡萄酒，鲑鱼蔬菜，还有两个栗子，最后结账的时候给了26欧元，超级便宜。

这里的服务员服务很周到热情，上菜速度很快，如果你要在饭点来这里吃饭一定要提前预约或者早点过来，不然会没有位置，我们是在一次偶然的情况下走进这家餐厅的，后来在法兰克福度假的期间又来吃了一次，食物超级好吃，我很喜欢吃鳕鱼蘸绿酱油很好吃，你们也可以试一下。

餐厅的座椅很舒服，而且环境氛围很舒适，它坐落在商业中心，游客很轻易可以找到，服务员们服务很周到，热情，他们的餐厅主食主要是以鱼类食品为主，当然也有其他的食品。对比其他餐厅，这家的价格很平价。
